Franco Giuli: 70s perspective

In the Zona Conce cultural center, the Carifac Foundation and Carifac Arte, under the patronage of the Municipality of Fabriano, on the occasion of the Revaivol '70 event, pay homage to Franco Giuli (Cerreto d'Esi, 1934 - Fabriano, 2018), with an exhibition of his works from the Seventies. During this decade, Giuli's art established itself in the national and international art scene for his original meditation on the themes of space and color. 

The exhibition, curated by Prof. Fabio Marcelli from the University of Perugia, pays tribute to the vision and topicality of Giuli's research on an "iconic" material in the city of paper, and UNESCO creative city: cardboard. Paper and cardboard, in fact, are one of the symbols of the global commitment to building a sustainable and innovative social and productive ecosystem. The Carifac Foundation and Carifac Arte wish to thank the master's grandchildren and heirs for their generous support: Manuela Giuli and Gianluca Pecchia.
