Zona Conce hosts "Inspired by the people", the photography exhibition by Stefano Lotumolo
Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America. Stefano Lotumolo (Lucca, 1987) has embraced the entire world, driven by a desire to document and understand the diversity of cultures that inhabit it. Over ten years of travel documented the lives, customs, and rituals of the people he encountered, in keeping with his human and spiritual quest. His traveling exhibitions are the means through which he manages to convey the essence of cultures seemingly distant from one another, yet linked by a common thread that connects all of humanity. Visitors are immersed in a simple and introspective journey that stirs profound emotions, allowing them, through the eyes of the people portrayed, to connect with their own essence.
Stefano Lotumolo has had solo exhibitions in over 50 cities, including Paris, Venice, Milan, Lucca, Florence, Turin, Palermo, Naples, and Rome. He has received international recognition and founded Radici Globali APS, of which he is president: a project that combines photography and social commitment in northern Tanzania, with the Maasai of the village of Mkuru and surrounding areas, which has become a second home for Stefano. In four years, two solar-powered wells, a water network, and other projects have been built, stemming from direct listening to the community's needs.
The opening will feature a performance by the FormediVoce Academy of Fabriano, supported by the Nuova Fonderia Artistica association, followed by a pleasant social event with a buffet.
The exhibition was organized in collaboration with Lara Avventura Viaggi.
